Contracts Manager - Northern Region

Due to an internal promotion, Hynds are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Contracts Manager to lead the Internal Sales Support Team - Northern Region. We are looking for a strong leader that can balance managing a team with delivering great customer service and meeting EBIT targets.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Provide excellent leadership to the internal sales team
  • Mentoring and training the team
  • Support the internal sales team and ensure quotes are followed up
  • Work with sales team to create product solutions
  • Work with wider sales team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide excellent service to customers
  • Point of contact for key accounts
  • Ensure pricing projects are approached strategically and completed to timelines
  • Plan and execute order fulfilments
  • Contract administration and financial management
  • Lead all health and safety requirements

What you will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent level of MS Office Suite (strong emphasis on excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure while still being highly detailed
  • Fantastic customer service skills and confident relationship builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Decisive and intuitive
  • Technical aptitude
  • Commercial acumen, previous experience with M3 an advantage
  • Team player who can effectively communicate across all levels of business
  • Industry knowledge preferred, ideally with a trade or drainage background
  • Strong commitment in leading and following health and safety requirements
